At JS Clothing, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer an easy 7-day return and exchange policy.
Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:
Item must be unused and unworn
Original tags and packaging must be intact
Item must not be damaged by the customer
Proof of purchase/order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Worn or washed products
Products without original tags
Items purchased on clearance or final sale
Exchange Process
If you received the wrong size, damaged item, or wish to exchange a product, contact our support team within 7 days.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the incorrect or damaged item was delivered by us.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a few business days through the original payment method or store credit.
